International Federation of Literature and Arts-It is an association of organizations and individuals in the world of literature and art.

Article 1 Registration

Article 2 Purpose

The Association is a non-profit and non-political organization. The aim is to carry forward the excellent culture of literature and art of various nationalities all over the world, promote the international exchange of literature and art, and provide liaison, exchange, academic discussion and other services for personages and relevant units in literature and art circles all over the world. To provide an understanding, appreciation, learning and exchange platform for international literature and art lovers, workers and experts, and play an active role in international literature and art exchanges and cooperation in various fields.

Article 3 Institutions

The Federation consists of 20institutions, including 12 professional associations and 8 cultural units, which will be gradually increased or adjusted according to the needs of work. Article 4 Meeting

The meeting is divided into general meeting, temporary meeting and council meeting 1、 The general meeting of members shall be held once a year. The date and place of the meeting shall be decided by the board of directors and all members shall be notified to attend. The general meeting of members shall be convened by the chairman of the board of directors. 2、 Temporary general meeting: in the case of any urgent or important event, the chairman of the council shall, upon the resolution of the meeting of the board of directors, convene a temporary general meeting of members. The date and place of the meeting shall be decided by the board of directors, and the relevant members shall be notified to attend the meeting. 3、 Board of directors: The board of directors shall be held at least once every quarter, the venue shall be decided by the president, and the meeting of directors shall be presided over by the president.

Article 5 Members

Members are divided into group and individual members
1、 Group members: all literature and art units or organizations with certain international influence may apply for membership.
2、 Individual members: Anyone who has a professional skill in literature and art and has made outstanding achievements may apply to join.
3、 The application of a group member or individual member shall be subject to the qualification appraisal of the qualification appraisal committee of the CFA.

Article 6 Qualification Evaluation Committee

1、 The Evaluation Committee is the qualification evaluation organization of the Federation for developing members. Any group or individual applying for membership shall be evaluated by the Association, and only those who pass the evaluation may be admitted as members.
2、 The qualification appraisal committee shall be composed of highly respected experts and professors in the field of literature and art.

Article 7 Council

1、 The Council is the highest executive body of the Federation.
2、 The board of directors shall be elected from among the members, and the term of office of the directors shall be two years.
3、 The chairman shall be elected by the board of directors for a term of two years and shall be re-elected.
4、 The Council shall have a Secretary-General, who shall be nominated by the Chairman of the Council, who shall be approved and appointed by the Council through voting. The Secretary-General shall carry out the affairs of the Council in accordance with the Chairman's intention.

Article 8 Contributions

All organizations and individuals applying for membership are required to pay registration fee and annual membership fee. The charging standards for registration and annual membership fees shall be determined by the Board of Governors, and shall be reasonably adjusted in light of the actual situation.

The funds of this Federation shall be used for the work scope and career development as prescribed in the constitution of this Federation.

Article 10 Withdrawal

1、 The member may withdraw from the association freely, but shall inform the council in writing.
2、 If a member fails to abide by the constitution of the association, or if there is any other important matter affecting the reputation of the association, his membership shall be revoked upon the resolution of the council.

Article 11 Amendment of Articles of Association

These Articles of Association shall be amended by resolution of the Council. Article 12 Supplementary Provisions 1、 The power to interpret these articles of association shall remain with the standing council of this Federation. 2、 These Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of approval.
