       Xia Jianghong, born in Yueyang County, Hunan Province in 1964, is the Deputy Director of the Public Relations Department of the National Promotion Committee for Law Popularization, the Deputy Secretary General of the China Forestry Environment Promotion Association, the International Business Professional Committee, the China Foundation for the Development of the Aged, the Minister of the Living Service Department of the Aged Culture and Education Committee, and the Deputy Director of the Social Investigation Department of the Buddhist Culture Development Center of the China Ethnic Minority Cultural Protection Association, Deputy Director of the Outreach Department of the Special Foundation for Health Assistance of Retired Soldiers of the China Association for the Promotion of Employment and Entrepreneurship Services for Retired Soldiers, Director of the Outreach Department of Incorruptible China, Assistant to the Chief Editor of the Online Rule of Law, and Honorary Chairman of the International Federation of Literature and Arts.
