Lu Jiabao, pen name Lu Chi, male, born on April 20th, 1956.
Currently, he is a member of the Central Social Committee of the Democratic League of China, a director of the Central Academy of Fine Arts of the Democratic League of China, a vice president of the Jiangsu Guofeng Calligraphy and Painting Academy of the Democratic League of China, an executive vice president of the Jiangsu Photographers Association of the Democratic League of China, and a member of the Jiangsu Artists Association. Director of Jiangsu Flower and Bird Painting Research Association. Executive Director of Jiangsu Collectors Association. Vice Chairman of the Calligraphy and Painting Appraisal Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Collectors Association. Vice President of Jiangsu Artist Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute. Deputy Director of the Creative Research Department of the Cultural Industry Research Institute of Nanjing Normal University. Member of the Friendship Association of the CPPCC Jiangsu Provincial Committee, Special Painter of the Chinese Painting Academy.

2002 China "Huaxia Love Letters and Paintings Exhibition"
In 2003, it was jointly organized by China Culture Daily and Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture to celebrate the 54th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. The traditional Chinese painting "Night" won a gold medal at the calligraphy and painting exhibition
In 2004, he won the 6th Jiangsu "Five Star Project Award" held by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture, and the traditional Chinese painting "Summer Lotus"
In 2006, the Chinese painting group "Moonlight in the Lotus Pond" won the Excellent Award in the third calligraphy, painting, and photography competition held by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture
In 2007, he participated in the China International Ink Painting Exhibition.
In 2008, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture held a grand exhibition of mass art, calligraphy, photography, and works to commemorate the 30th anniversary of reform and opening up, winning a bronze medal.
In 2009, he was awarded the Excellent Award for "The Clear Sound of Mountains and Waters" by the Chinese Painting Group of the China International Calligraphy and Painting Art Expo.
In 2009, he successfully held a personal painting exhibition titled "View of Heaven and Earth" in Nanjing.
In 2010, I went to Hong Kong to hold an exchange exhibition of Lu Chi's fine brushwork landscape paintings. "Traces" solo painting exhibition held in Nanjing in 2019
