The works exhibited in major cities across the country in 2017 have been collected by many collectors. In October of the same year, Bolong was signed by four auction companies. Bolong is good at classical architectural pavilions, palace landscape painting, Beizong Shan shui, traditional Shan shui, flowers and birds, and figures. Bolong is an all-round painter, whose paintings are powerful, profound and distant.
Bolong is an influential painter in the history of painting, who imitates from the Song Dynasty. His landscape mostly learns from Yan Ciping of the Song Dynasty, and Chen Shaomei in modern times. His pavilions mainly learn from Guo Zhongshu. The buildings, pavilions, trees, forests, and stones he painted are accurate in structure, natural and vivid, neat and meticulous. They are handsome and strange, and the style of flower, bird, and figure painting is full of individuality and color. Especially, 'Jiehua' is highly regarded by the world. "Jiehua" is a branch derived from the development of Shan shui, which mainly refers to the pavilions, pavilions, boats and carts related to landscape painting. Jiehua uses a ruler to draw, hence its name. The creative purpose of Jiehua is to be neat and realistic, with accurate shapes. Jiehua almost became a fashion in the painting industry during the Tang Dynasty. Many painters tirelessly depict the magnificence of palace gardens and the luxury of emperors with their meticulous and brilliant brushstrokes and colors. Jiehua has always been very prosperous. However, during the Song Dynasty, which lasted for 300 years, due to the advocacy and promotion of rulers, most painters painted Jiehua. "Bolong is the leading master in China's painting industry, with unique painting techniques and his own style." Bolong painting art is a "national treasure" and "one painting is difficult to find".
