Art History

Mr. Shi's calligraphy process can be roughly divided into four stages.

During my adolescence, I enjoyed the beauty of calligraphy and calligraphy, with flexible and powerful strokes. At the same time, I studied under the renowned seal cutting expert Xie Deshou from Anhui, and over 20 years of experience in seal cutting laid a solid foundation for my calligraphy skills.

In the 1990s, it was powerful and powerful, with no hidden edges in its characters, showcasing its sharpness.

In the millennium era, there is a round and vigorous style, solid brushstrokes, and the strokes move like dragons and snakes. Teacher Li Duo commented that Yunlin calligraphy has a posture of wandering dragons and startled phoenixes.

In the new century era: after years of baptism, it has reached the age of knowing the destiny of heaven. Mr. Shi's calligraphy has written the flavor of knowing the destiny of heaven, with the intention of accommodating all sentient beings in Buddhism and Taoism. The Heavenly Brush follows the Heavenly Mind, with the pen moving according to the will, with the intention of writing first, and has become a top grade. Regardless of the basic skills, techniques, and brushstrokes, they all reveal a strong sense of vicissitudes and naturalness, as if they were created by nature. Famous calligrapher Shen Peng said that Mr. Chen's calligraphy embodies the meaning of Buddhism, contains Buddhist principles, has a spiritual charm, and is beautiful, which is called the Zen Divine Beauty Body. Watching Yunlin calligraphy can cultivate one's mind and character.
