Li Guoliang, born in 1965 in the Manchu Town of Erjiazi, Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province, joined the military in 1980 and has been engaged in oil painting for over 40 years. He is skilled in innovation and draws on the strengths of traditional oil painting art. Drawing on the essence of Chinese and Western oil painting, he has developed and achieved gratifying results in oil painting creation over the years. The writing style of the work is free and easy, with a strong innovative atmosphere of the times. I have received guidance from renowned Chinese painter Chen Yifei on my artistic journey. The work has won multiple awards in provincial and municipal competitions. Multiple works have been collected by well-known figures at home and abroad. Over the years, we have trained nearly a thousand professors and students. And participated in multiple public welfare activities.

In 1991, he won the second prize at the Weimei Cup National Calligraphy and Painting Grand Prix.
