BRICS Artist - Su Lianguo

Su Lianguo, male, born in 1963, Han nationality, native place: Tianjin. He was influenced by his family from a young age and developed a unique creative pursuit for Chinese calligraphy. From reading Chinese calligraphy textbooks to deeply understanding the theory of Chinese calligraphy creation, he gradually formed his own unique creative style based on visiting famous scholars. He formed good relationships, self-taught, obtained a bachelor's degree, and later started in business, following the path of promoting business based on literature and developing culture through business. In his early years, he was hired as a consultant by the Tianjin Confucius Descendants Association; Since 2019, I have been working at the China Enterprise Art Federation Calligraphy and Painting Academy. Currently, I am a Chinese national ritual artist. Starting from calligraphy art creation, I have stepped up to a team management leadership position, benefiting from decades of hard work and perseverance, overcoming all difficulties and self-learning. I have a deep understanding of the true essence of Confucius culture in self-improvement learning and cultural development, and have been committed to contributing to the comprehensive popularization and development of Confucius culture in society for a long time. I firmly believe that success in my career should be accompanied by those who excel and those who excel. In 2022, after being recommended and introduced by multiple industry peers, I voluntarily joined the China Calligraphers and Painters Association. Through joint recommendation, I was invited to serve as the Vice President of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association.

Su Lianguo has been engaged in cultural and artistic training and education as well as enterprise administrative management work for many years. His calligraphy has also been widely popularized through long-term calligraphy teaching, and through exchanges with many cultural predecessors and sages, he has learned from the strengths of others. Later, he fell in love with the small and running regular script of Chinese calligraphy, and also dabbled in clerical script. He has also conducted research on Chinese classical poetry culture and traditional Chinese studies.

Su Lianguo's calligraphy works are rooted in tradition, reading through the structure of various schools of thought and comprehending the classics. Comprehensively and systematically grasping the connotation and techniques of traditional calligraphy art, innovating from the past to the new, while adhering to cultural and artistic promotion, we strive to explore our own calligraphy art territory. The clerical script works created by him have strong brushstrokes, are vast and unremarkable, extraordinary in spirit, and the texture of the brushstrokes and ink lines is natural. The structure is rigorous and beautiful, and the artistic atmosphere is flourishing. Smooth and solid qi! During the decades of studying calligraphy, he boldly attempted in areas such as running regular script, cursive script, and clerical script. Later, he educated future generations through his studies, created and served society. He is known as the most promising calligraphy artist in the local area and a model for calligraphy practitioners!
