BRICS artist Zhu Bairong

Zhu Bairong, also known as Yuanshi. Born in Jiaxing, Zhejiang in 1963, he is a famous calligrapher. Chairman of the China Region of the Sien International Charity Foundation, Deputy Secretary General of the China Elderly Development Foundation and the Management Committee of the China Elderly Health Fund, Art Advisor of the World Knowledge Pictorial, Art Advisor of the China International News, Art Advisor of the China Report, Art Advisor of the People's Art Magazine, Ambassador of Chinese Culture, National Ritual Artist, Honorary Chairman of the China International Modern Art Research Center, Honorary Dean of the Chinese Culture Research Institute, Honorary Dean of the Dongpo Painting Academy in Hangzhou, Vice Dean of the National Contemporary Culture and Art Academy in Hangzhou, Special Chief Calligrapher of the Tianshi History Museum, Executive Dean of the Tianshi Academy, Executive Vice Dean of the Shanghai School Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, Honorary President of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Society of the Fangla Hometown in Qiandao Lake, Hangzhou, Disciple of the Bamboo School, and Special Calligrapher of the National Ethnic Painting Academy, Deputy Secretary General of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Professional Committee of the Chinese Ethnic Architecture Research Association.

Yuanshi has studied calligraphy since he was a child. For decades, he has kept on studying the essence of calligraphers of all ages. Taking the past as a mirror, he has learned from others, learned from others, assimilated everything, and learned from them. Calligraphy has made a breakthrough in theory and techniques, and gradually formed a unique style of vigorous, unrestrained, heroic, and powerful. The work has a calm and bold brushstroke, with precise and powerful lines, and a balance of firmness and softness. The structure is dignified and smooth, elegant and fresh, exuding both the elegance of a literati and the grandeur of a grand family. The harmonious spirit of artistic conception and the tranquil and far-reaching cultural atmosphere permeate every stroke and ink, reflecting the artistic cultivation and ultimate spirit of calligraphers.

I have held multiple solo calligraphy exhibitions and participated in the "Haining Charity Tour Friendship Evening Party" and the "National Famous Calligraphers and Painters Boutique Exhibition" on July 28, 2012. On August 26, 2012, participated in the "2012 West Lake Charity Art Salon" National Calligraphy Exhibition. On December 20, 2016, I was invited to participate in the Chinese Traditional Culture Macao Tour co hosted by the China International Culture Group and the Organizing Committee of the Chinese Traditional Culture Macao Tour. The "Natural Mixin Original Stone Calligraphy Exhibition" was hosted by the Chinese Culture News Agency of the Ministry of Culture from April 29 to May 1, 2017. On May 20, 2017, the 17th China Century Grand Harvest Annual Summary and Commendation Conference and CCTV TV Character Awards Ceremony were awarded the title of "Top Ten Artistic Prodignitaries Touching China".

Together with Ouyang Zhongshi, Shen Peng, Liu Dawei, and others, he has published works such as "Dajia Fengfan", "Classic Inheritance", "70 Years of Seven Great Masters", "Eternal Monument", "One Generation Famous Masters", "2016 Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Yearbook", "People's Favorite Calligraphers and Painters", "Collection of Chinese Elite Masters", "Frontline Art Masters", "Chinese Pride", and the special issue of the International Calligraphy and Painting Exchange Exhibition on the 23rd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea, The work has been published in columns such as the December 21, 2015 column of China Culture Daily, the January 10, 2016 art collection column of the overseas edition of People's Daily Europe, the February 2016 "Everyone" character column of People's Fine Arts, and the mid November 2015 character column of Culture Monthly. It has participated in multiple exhibitions and won awards at home and abroad, and has been collected by heads of state from multiple countries. In December 2016, at the Poly 2016 Autumn Art Auction in Beijing, "Don't Forget Your Original Aspiration, Only by Ending the Way" (2 square feet) was sold for 760000 yuan, and "Vacuum Born in Seconds" (4 square feet) was sold for 1.2 million yuan.
