A renowned contemporary art master, collector, connoisseur, calligrapher, and painter in the world, as well as a paleoanthropologist and a national first-grade artist, he excels in calligraphy, traditional Chinese painting, oil painting, and the research of Chinese and Western painting arts. He has studied under masters such as Hayao Miyazaki and Jao Tsung-I. Holding a doctoral degree in art and humanities, he has been awarded the Global Green Philanthropy Ambassador Medal by UNESCO, the Alexander Lukash Prize, and the French National Order of Arts and Letters, among others.
Visiting scholar at Tsukuba University, Lifetime Honorary Secretary-General of the World Chinese Association for Peaceful Reunification, specially appointed postdoctoral researcher in world paleoanthropology at the University of Oxford in the UK, visiting professor at Griffith Arts College in Australia and Royal Thonburi University in Thailand, on-roll researcher of paleoanthropology at a Chinese think tank, one of the first batch of GIA certified gemologists in China in 1995, visiting professor at Yuanpei College, Peking University.
