       Yuhe, also known as Du Kui, is a modern Chinese painter and art educator. Her ancestral home is Shandong and she currently resides in Beijing. She was born in Yangzhou, Jiangsu in 1976 and is one of the most influential female painters of the time. She is a famous meticulous painter in the Chinese painting world. Art educator, influenced by his uncle and grandfather, Mr. Li Kuchan, and his father since childhood, fell in love with painting. At the age of eight, he began to learn how to draw. When he was young, he was once guided by the famous painter Mr. Sun Qifeng. Graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1997, taught as an associate professor at the School of Fine Arts of South China Normal University in 2001, a national first-class artist, a member of the China Artists Association, and a preparatory director of the China Artists Association. In 2009, he was jointly awarded the title of "Most Valuable Artist in the Contemporary Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Collection Market" by the China Collection Academic Committee and the World Cultural and Art Appraisal Center. In 2011, he went to Chicago, USA to study and further his studies. After living for more than ten years, he returned to Beijing and settled there. He has been specializing in small freehand brushwork and meticulous painting, and his works have been selected for national exhibitions and won awards multiple times. Many of his works have been collected by relevant cultural departments (such as Rongbaozhai, Xiling Seal Engraving Society, Forbidden City, etc.) and collectors at home and abroad.
