Yang Bin, male, Han nationality, was born in Zunyi, Guizhou in March 1977. He started working in July 2000 and joined the CPC in October 2008 with a master's degree in engineering. He graduated from the Department of Construction Engineering of Wuhan University of Water Resources and Electric Power with a major in water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction.
