Renowned calligrapher and painter He Zhizhong was born in Weifang, Shandong in 1970. He is styled Tianyu, known as Yulin, and is a Lingyunzi of Mount Taishan.
A disciple of Lou Shibai, the inheritor of Qi School art, and a national first-level artist, studied at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1996. Currently, he serves as the Vice President of the China National Academy of Arts, a visiting professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, the Vice President of the China Contemporary Realistic Painting Association, a visiting mentor at the Art College of Renmin University of China, an ambassador for national cultural image, the director of the International Celebrity Encyclopedia External Liaison Department, and the Honorary Deputy Director of the Louvre Museum in France.
He has successfully hosted over 30 art exhibitions in various countries and regions, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, France, the United Kingdom, as well as Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian, and Hefei. He has been appointed as a visiting professor by the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore, the Academy of Fine Arts in Malaysia, and the Royal Thai Academy of Arts.
Currently serving as the Vice President of the Mount Taishan Painting Academy, he specializes in large-scale landscape paintings featuring themes related to Mount Taishan!
