Dai Wei (1981-), born in Harbin, China, is a national first-level artist and has served as a visiting professor at the Oxford School of Art in the UK. He graduated from the Repin Institute of Arts in Russia and has conducted in-depth comparative research on European classical oil painting techniques and Chinese ink painting, achieving remarkable academic results in the industry.
