Wu Shanzhang, male, Han nationality, born in August 1948 in Suzhou, Jiangsu. I joined the Party in June 1985 and started working in January 1968. I graduated from the Political Theory major of the Party School of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region with a college degree. Currently serving as the Vice Chairman and Deputy Director of the Evaluation Committee of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, Professor at the Training Center of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, Honorary Chairman of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Chairman of the Ningxia Calligraphers Association, Vice President of the Yinchuan Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and First Class Artist.


Wu Shanzhang has been fond of calligraphy art since childhood, starting from regular script and extending it to various forms such as seal script, clerical script, and cursive script. Conduct serious research on Wang Xizhi, Yan, Ou, Sun Guoting, Minan Palace, Wang Duo, He Shaoji, Zhao Zhiqian, Wu Changshuo, and others, and enrich their artistic language by drawing on Han slips, Dunhuang remains, and Jin people's scraps of paper, pursuing a simple, smooth, clear, and elegant artistic style.


The works have been selected for more than ten national level exhibitions, including the first, second, fifth, and seventh national calligraphy exhibitions, the first, second, and seventh youth calligraphy exhibitions, and the second couplet calligraphy exhibition. His works were invited to exhibit in Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong and other countries and regions. The works of Shandong Hanmo Yuan Gallery are collected in Zhongnanhai, Huangdi Mausoleum, Yandi Mausoleum, Huanghe Tower, Zhou Enlai Memorial Hall, Mao Zedong Memorial Hall, Mao Zedong Library, etc. In 1999, he was awarded the title of Top 100 in the Chinese Book Industry by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
