Wei Zhilun, pen name: Yin Long, male, Han nationality, born in September 1965. Graduated from Shandong Institute of Architecture and Engineering, Senior Engineer, Director of China Collectors Association, Member of China Artists Association, Member of China Urban Science Research Association, Member of China Enterprise Culture Research Association, Executive Director of China Poetry and Wine Culture Association, Member of China Poetry Society, Art Director of China History Museum, Visiting Professor, National First Class Artist, Director and Deputy Secretary General of Shandong Artists Association, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of Shandong Academy of Chinese Painting, Chairman of Liaocheng Artists Association, Deputy Editor in Chief of "Calligraphy and Painting Recommendation Collection" Special Edition of Hawaii China Daily, and Signed Painter at Paris International Art Center. In 2015 and 2016, he held individual art exhibitions in Beijing Zhonghua Yiyuan Painting and Calligraphy City and Beijing Quintessence Painting and Calligraphy City, and went to Taiwan, Türkiye, the United States, France, South Korea and Thailand to participate in art exhibitions and win prizes.
In recent years, Chinese painting works have been selected for six national art exhibitions.
In December 2024, an art exhibition was held at the Hawaii International Convention Center in the United States, and the works were collected by Mr. KL0, the former Speaker of Hawaii.
In April 2025, academic visits to four major universities in the UK were conducted, and the works were collected by the University of Cambridge, the University of Oxford, the Royal Academy of Fine Arts, and Sotheby's School of Art, and certificates of collection were awarded to the four universities.
In August 2025, four of his works were exhibited and won awards in Dubai.
In September 2025, academic visits were conducted to three major universities in France, and the works were collected by the National Academy of Fine Arts in Paris, the National Academy of Fine Arts in Lyon, and the Paris University of Arts and Sciences (PSL), and certificates of collection were awarded to the three universities.
