Honorary Chairman of the International Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Zhu Guohua

 
      Zhu Guohua, also known as Pingshi, is the owner of the Touyan Hall and the Wenmo Bookstore. He is from Laizhou, Shandong and currently resides in Beijing.

        He is a member of the China Artists Association, a disciple of Mr. Guo Shifu, a famous Chinese freehand flower and bird painter, the homeroom teacher of Guo Shifu's senior research class at the National Academy of Painting of China, the Secretary General of Guo Shifu's Painting Association, and a full-time painter at the Chinese Ink Painting Academy.
